My recruiting philosophy:

From a client company standpoint I have always taken the time to truly understand their needs by asking specific questions and more importantly, listening. By doing this I have been able to recruit excellent matches for my clients in a timely fashion. Over the years, I have also developed an extensive database of top candidates. I can draw upon this database to identify the correct person based on your needs. The other major asset I have is a very good network of other leading recruiters around the country that can help on assignments. These recruiters total well over 100 years of combined recruiting experience and I can be your focal point to reach out to any of them on your company's requirements. Every candidate I send will have been told about your company and position. They will be qualified and interested in your job based on their experience and needs.

From a candidate standpoint: I understand it is just as important to take an equal amount of time to know what a candidate is looking for. I always get to know what is going on in their current situation and what they are looking for in the next step in their careers. When I have a position that I feel is a match for them I have always let them know who the company is and what the requirements are. I have always let it be a mutual agreement to send their resume to any client. After sending a resume I will keep a strong line of communication with that candidate throughout the entire process. No matter what, I will always have the common courtesy of letting them know the outcome.

By doing these simple things I create value for both my client companies and candidates. This has led to a very rewarding successful career, and many placements that are wins for everyone involved.
